"Rich is an honest, forthcoming man. He earned my respect 10 fold.
I took my truck to Ace thinking the transmission was bad. After Rich and his team ran some diagnostic tests and whatnot, they determined the trans was not the issue. They tried another repair that did not fix the issue but did not charge me for the part as they put my old part back on. Not many shops will do that. Unfortunately he was not able to fix the issue im having but do not be fooled or let down by that. I respect him for being honest and saying hes not going to throw parts at it in hopes of fixing. Instead he charged me next to nothing for his time. And for once I was glad to pay it as I know he could have charged far more and stuck me with a very expensive part that didnt fix my issue.
And hes not the only one who was stumped on my issues. So let that be known its not anything negative on Richs expertise. Seems its stumping everyone.
Again, thank you Rich for taking your time on my vehicle. Being honest from the start. Youre definitely one of the very few in your field."

"Honesty - So I had what I thought was a leak from my transaxel or transmission. I brought in they inspected it and it turned out to be nothing, in hindsight possibly condensation dripping from the AC condenser(?). No big deal right, but they could have come up with a repair and how would I have really known. I thank them for running an honest shop and especially for not even charging for the inspection."
